Refunds are generally not provided for unused subscription periods. We may provide refunds at our discretion for specific circumstances.
If an Account Takeover (ATO) incident is verified and unauthorized charges are made on your account, we will fully reimburse the affected charges. We may request additional information (e.g., activity logs or proof of identity) to complete verification.
